1. What is CBD?
CBD is one of numerous cannabinoids found naturally within hemp and cannabis plants. CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid, which means it does not induce the typical high that is normally associated with THC. Although CBD is being widely embraced as a supplement nowadays, we cannot offer any health or medical advice for its application and usage. We strongly recommend that you do your own research about its qualities.
2. Is it possible my pet will get high from Cibapet CBD oil and pastilles?
No. Since CBD is a non-psychoactive compound of hemp and cannabis, your pet can't get high from it.
3. Can you tell me the best way to use Cibapet CBD oil?
Our Cibapet CBD oil is best taken orally. But some people also administer the oil as a topical by rubbing it onto affected skin areas.
For dogs, we advise the following recommended dosage: 2–3 drops per 10kg body weight, 2–3 times a day. Puppies 1–2 drops, 1–2 times a day.
For cats, we advise the following recommended dosage: 1–2 drops, 2–3 times a day. Kittens 1 drop, 2 times a day.
4. How should I store my oil?
It is important to protect the oil from light, heat, and air exposure as cannabinoids like CBD will degrade, as will the potency of the oil. A kitchen cabinet or desk drawer works just fine. The recommended temperature of the storage space should be somewhere between 6–20°C.
5. How often can I give my pet CBD pastille treats?
For dogs, we advise the following dosage: min. 2, max. 6 per 10kg of body weight per day. Puppies: 2–3 per day.
For cats, we advise the following dosage: max. 2 per day. Kittens: 1 per day.
6. Information on the legal situation of pet products containing CBD
For foods intended for human consumption there is a so-called "positive list" in which all ingredients are listed that are approved for human consumption (eg. List of Novel Foods). However, there is no such list for pet products. The regulations on animal feed are generally much more open and the use of any natural plant extract is allowed as long as the extracts are made from plants that can be legally cultivated in the European Union. For this reason, hemp extracts from European hemp varieties are suitable for producing functional treats for animals, as long as the products are labeled as "not intended for human consumption". Hemp extracts are therefore already registered in the "European feed material register" which officially allows and regulates their use. For this reason the sales of the Cibapet products are not just profitable but also safe and sustainable for your business!

2. Why did my payment fail?
This can be for many reasons:
i. The credit card you used was issued in a different country than the one it is being used in.
ii. The credit card is a prepaid credit card.
iii. You entered the wrong code to use the credit card.
iv. With certain devices and browsers, an error can occur. For example, MacBook users who use Safari may experience trouble. Try again, using a different browser or device.
v. It could be problems with the 3D security settings on your credit card.
1. In which countries do you ship?
We currently ship to all countries within the EU, excluding Belgium, Switzerland, and the Canary Islands. For further information, please refer to the shipping information page.
2. Is free shipping an option?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all customers within the European mainland.
3. How long does delivery usually take?
Your order will be packaged and shipped on the day your payment has been accepted. The official first day of shipping is the first work day following your payment date. In order to determine the date of your package arrival in your country, please refer to the following page.
4. Do you have the option of tracking information for my package?
Yes, you will be provided with a Track & Trace code for your package when the order is shipped. You can also request this code by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. We will do our best so you receive the code as soon as possible. Your order is shipped to a sorting center in your country. As soon as your order has reached the sorting center in your country it will be scanned and only then your parcel will be traceable. Please note that this can take anywhere from a few days to a week depending on where the shipment is going.
5. How can it be that the courier doesn't recognise my tracking number?
It can sometimes happen that a delay occurs in the tracking code. Though it seems that the package has been sent with a delay, it really hasn't. We understand that this can be very inconvenient and annoying. Usually, your local courier only recognises the tracking number 24 hours before it gets delivered to you. Your order will be packaged and shipped on the day your payment has been accepted. The first day of shipping is normally the first work day after your payment date.
